In Hokitika Aerodrome, New Zealand, there has been almost no trend from 1880 to 2018, according to the V3 unadjusted data.
But now NASA changed their data to make a warming trend.

In Halley, Antarctica, the mean monthly temperature for July 2019 was -30.1℃.
Halley has seen no trend from 1956 to 2019 for July, according to the NASA website.

【概要１】数年前、ティム・ボール博士は気候科学者マイケル・マンはペンシルベニア州（Penn State）ではなく米国の刑務所（the state pen）に住むのが相応しいと書いた。https://twitter.com/thegwpfcom/status/1165575422060486656


【概要２】問題になったのは、20世紀の前例のない急激な　#温暖化 傾向を示すとされるマンの有名な“ホッケースティック”グラフだった。

ホッケースティックはIPCC第3次評価報告書 (2001)の目玉だったが、その後、間違いであるこが明らかにされている。

【概要３】マンは2011年にボール博士を名誉毀損で訴えた。

Principia Scientificは現在、ブリティッシュコロンビア州の裁判所はマンの訴訟を棄却し、彼に対し費用を請求したと報じている。


【概要４】起こったことを述べると、
ボール博士はホッケースティックは計画的な詐欺であり、もし根底にあるデータと計算、特にR2回帰分析にアクセスできれば証明可能だと主張した。

マンは資料の提示を拒否した。


【概要６】開示手続のルールは、訴訟当事者は相手側に合理的な範囲で事件に関わる資料を提供しなければならないと規定している。
ボール博士を名誉毀損で訴えつつ、マンが刑務所に住むのが相応しいとするボール博士の主張の真偽を示す上で役立つ資料の提出を拒否するマンの振る舞いは訳が分からない。


【概要７】論理的に推測するなら、R2回帰分析とその他の資料が提出された場合、ホッケースティックがマン側の計画的な詐欺だったというボール博士の主張を裏付けていたことが考えられる。

The station “Casa Blanca” shows a cooling trend of about -0.2℃ since 1880.
