It seems NASA has quit updating V3.
They update their data on around the 15th of every month.
So yesterday I checked and saw they had updated V4, but they didn't update V3.

Your argument is nonsensical. The first issue is that LINEAR trendlines do NOT go on NON-linear functions. The R^2 value has to be preferably higher than 0.9. The data points are far away from the line of best fit.
