I checked the month maximum temperatures from May 1 to October 31, until this October 23, since June 1875 for Tokyo using the JMA data.
Since 1994, the annual maximum temperatures in Tokyo have seen a little bit of a cooling trend.

1981年から2016年までのLAI{※ Leaf Area Indexの略。葉面積指数}の傾向に反映された植生の構造の変化は、
累計で陸地の二酸化炭素の吸収量 (95 ± 5 Pg C) の12.4％に寄与した。

人工衛星は30年間で地球の緑化が進んでいることを示す。
主な原因には気候変数（雨量、気温、太陽放射）の変化、CO2の肥沃効果などが含まれる。
